Components
Section titled “Components”- Developers push code to GitHub Actions.
- GitHub Actions trigger Cloud Build for image builds and deploys.
- Cloud Build pushes Docker images to Artifact Registry and deploys to Cloud Run & GCE.
- Cloud Run & GCE run the webapp and workers.
- Neon is the app-layer Postgres database.
- Upstash is the Redis cache and rate-limiting service.
- Cloudflare hosts Workers and R2 for edge compute and object storage.
- Infisical + Flagsmith supply secrets and feature flags.
- Observability aggregates OpenTelemetry / Pino telemetry into Better Stack, Langfuse, and PostHog.
Guided views
Section titled “Guided views”- Deployment flow — from push to built images and deployed compute.
- App runtime — compute reads Neon Postgres, Upstash Redis, and Cloudflare R2 / Workers.
- Data services — Neon for app-layer Postgres, Upstash for cache and rate limiting.
- Control plane — Infisical secrets, Flagsmith feature flags, and CI gates.
- Observability — OpenTelemetry, Pino, Better Stack, Langfuse, and PostHog.
