Partner Data API Deployment Pipeline

Interactive workflow map for the GitHub Actions deployment pipeline that builds and deploys the apps/partner-data-api Cloudflare Worker.

Stages

Section titled “Stages”
  • Push — a commit or PR touches apps/partner-data-api or the workflow itself.
  • Detect — the workflow filters out version-bump-only commits and restricted refs.
  • Build + test — the Worker is built and the test suite runs on every PR to staging.
  • Dry-run — Wrangler builds and validates the bundle without publishing.
  • Deploy — merges to staging deploy to data-staging.ordermatic.co; merges or workflow_dispatch on main deploy to data.ordermatic.co.

Secrets are fetched from Infisical per environment, and concurrency groups prevent overlapping deploys. One runtime secret lives outside the pipeline: wrangler secret put DATABASE_URL --env <env>, which the Worker needs to validate partner API tokens. Bearer requests fail closed (503) without it.

Guided views

Section titled “Guided views”
  1. PR validation — build, test, and Wrangler dry-run without deploying.
  2. Push to staging — the full path through the staging deployment.
  3. Push to production — the full path through the production deployment.

The Archify source is the canonical map. To update it:
