Who pays, who doesn’t
Section titled “Who pays, who doesn’t”Real customers (paying): Genfit, CK, VMS. These are the customers that matter most for prioritization decisions. When in doubt about whether to build something, ask: does this help one of these three?
Kroy: Does not pay. Lower priority for custom work.
Rule of thumb: “Real customers first” — if a Genfit/CK/VMS request conflicts with anything else, the paying customer wins.
Customer contacts
Section titled “Customer contacts”When you see “Dan (CK)” in CK-related docs or tickets, that refers to our internal owner for the CK account — not a CK staff member. Same pattern applies to other accounts.
