Ordermatic: AI-Powered Order Processing Platform

Ordermatic (formerly ERP-Unlocked) is an AI-powered order operations platform built for distributors and manufacturers. It turns inbound customer emails, PDF purchase orders, spreadsheets, and order revisions into validated ERP orders—combining multi-model AI extraction, sub-50ms catalog & customer-history matching, an operator-first Review V2 workbench, and Flagsmith-gated ERP writes.

1. Multi-Channel Order & Email Intake

  • Unified Inbox (/inbox): Every inbound email, uploaded PDF/spreadsheet, or ticket lands in a single operator queue with derived UX states (needs_review, processing, ready, failed), SLA timers, and snooze/assignment controls.
  • Push & Pull Email Integration: Supports forwarding aliases via Cloudflare Email Routing (apps/email-worker) as well as direct OAuth mailbox polling for Gmail and Microsoft 365 / Graph (ScheduledEmailPullDispatcher), including automatic email lifecycle labels (Received, Submitted, Action Needed).
  • AI Email Triage: Classifies inbound emails to distinguish purchase orders, order revisions, quotes, and non-order correspondence before extraction begins.

2. Supported ERP Integrations

Ordermatic connects to cloud and on-premises ERP systems via our Dagster/Iceberg data pipeline and real-time TypeScript/Python ERP connectors:

  • Epicor Prophet21 (P21) — Cloud & on-prem (REST / Transaction API + SQL read sync, quote generation, order submission, and quantity writeback revisions)
  • WhereFour — Full catalog/customer/order sync, lot/pricing resolution, order submission, and SO rebase revisions
  • Eclipse E4 / VMS EPMS — Direct MSSQL catalog/customer sync + order submission and duplicate pre-checks
  • Acumatica — OAuth 2.0 / REST contract-based API sync and order submission
  • Oracle NetSuite — SuiteTalk REST / SuiteQL sync and order submission
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central & Dynamics GP — Catalog sync and order integration
  • Odoo — Custom packages/odoo-module add-on and XML-RPC/JSON-RPC integration

3. Intelligent Matching, Pricing & Agentic Validation

  • Multi-Tier Product & Customer Matching: Matches extracted line items and ship-to addresses against Typesense (products, customers, shipping_addresses, and customer-scoped customer_item_history with pack-preference scoring).
  • Cross-ERP Pricing Engine (@repo/pricing): Resolves contract, tier, customer-history, and base pricing with configurable price-discrepancy tolerances.
  • Agentic Validation & Auto-Submit: Validates extracted orders against ERP rules and customer profiles, automatically submitting clean orders when org-specific confidence and Flagsmith gates pass.
  • Review V2 & Revision Workbench: Side-by-side PDF bounding-box highlighting, keyboard-driven line-item resolution, and structured diffing for order revisions.

4. Data Warehouse & Customer Data Workbench

  • Medallion Warehouse on R2 Iceberg: Automated Bronze → Silver → Gold pipelines in Dagster + DLT + dbt, partitioned by connection_id.
  • Partner Data API & Workbench: Read-only SQL access over Gold tables (apps/partner-data-api) and interactive marimo notebooks (data-engineering/).

5. Security & Reliability

  • Multi-Tenant Isolation: Organization-scoped data access (clerk_organization_id and connection_id partitioning) with Clerk SSO.
  • Flagsmith-Gated ERP Writes: Every write path to a customer ERP is gated behind a Flagsmith feature flag with staged rollout controls.
  • Durable Execution: Built on Temporal workflows (apps/temporal-worker and apps/ts-temporal-worker) for retryable, auditable execution of every extraction and ERP submission step.
